Conditions

• You are not allowed to work.

• You are not allowed to study for more than 3 months, you could only if you change your immigration status to a student.

• If you travel as a minor, you will need authorization from your parents and the assignment of a responsible guardian of legal age.

Requirements

• Fill out form DS-160.

• Pay the visa application MRV fee.

• We will take care of scheduling your appointments at the Applicant Help Center (CAS) and at the US Embassy.

• Go to your appointment at the CAS to take your fingerprints and photo.

• Go to the interview at the embassy with all the documentation.

• Try to arrive at your appointment at the embassy at least 20 minutes before

• Bring your valid passport and previously issued passports with you

• Bring originals of all required documentation

• Come appropriately dressed for your interview

• Respond to the consular officer’s questions honestly and transparently.
